Dentsu Aegis – ‘Relationships Matter’
Our brief was to communicate the value of relationships to employees across the Dentsu Aegis’ global network – the goal being to focus the business on retaining clients, and ultimately avoid the situation where a client calls for a (costly) competitive re-pitch.
Our approach was to create a film that would directly address the challenges faced by the agency right from the off, moving through them in enough detail to get the point across without over-cramming, as well as offering solutions and a clear message on how to move forward. For cut-through we suggested a new approach, which was to deliver the film through a mobile platform (iMessage, whatsapp) direct to local network MDs and employees. The film was a huge success in getting employees across a global network all on the same page.
