Waitrose asked us to create an online infomercial to promote and explain their new promotion – Pick Your Own Offers.
What we did
Knowing the Waitrose brand as well as its typical online audience from our ongoing relationship, we knew the film had to be friendly as well as informative. With this in mind we created a short animation with a lighthearted, personable tone – and a friendly feline – to really bring the service to life at the same time as making the process feel easy and straightforward for customers.
And the results...
Our film had an impressive 52,000+ views in just its second week and is currently the most viewed film on waitrose.com.
