Konica Minolta – ‘Innovation’
Our brief was to create a film that would bring innovation within Konica Minolta to life, connect the organisation and start conversation internally as well as amongst stakeholders.
Our creative approach spoke in broad terms so it was relevant to all – no matter their position within the business. Research told us that for many, innovation isn’t grounded in reality. It is easy for hard-working teams to see it as the ‘remit of the dreamers,’ which can hinder relevance. Something not helped by the fact that most of the innovations are not yet realised and so we couldn’t show them. We knew however that these innovations continue to place Konica Minolta at the cutting-edge of technology and that if we could overcome these barriers, we could deliver a sense of universal pride for what is being done – which is exactly what the film achieved.
