PHD Ireland came to us for help with a print and social campaign for Cadbury Boost to emphasise their involvement in the IRFU – that’s Irish Rugby for those who don’t know. They asked us to come up with both the copy and the creative to be used across print and on social video platforms.
What we did
Our challenge was to marry chocolate and rugby – no small feat. With Boost being a smooth centred chocolate, filled with crunchy biscuit pieces, we developed, ‘crunch, bind, boost’ a play on the rugby expression, ‘crouch, bind, set’. We then developed a creative for both the print and animated piece in keeping with the design and packaging of Boost. The end result went down a storm, with Cadbury loving our play on words.
