National Crime Agency – ‘Crime has gone digital’
This film was commissioned to highlight the work the NCA is doing to combat organised crime online. It is currently being used online, across NCA and partners’ social media channels, internally and at events worldwide.
As digital crime is often silent and intangible, our approach to this brief was to feature the front line officers as they explain how they are working to protect the public. Showing the human face of the NCA also gives the film a genuine and emotional feel, and filming the officers in situ as well as incorporating some rare ‘in the field’ footage gives the public a unique and exciting glimpse behind the scenes of the organisation. The response to this film has been huge, over 100,000 facebook views within the first week. The film was also commended for giving a ‘genuine’ insight into the work of the organisation
